The best part of this skin toner is that you know what is in it! Makes an excellent gift. You can find a small spray bottle at the Dollar Tree to store this revitalizing spray in.
Materials:
1 cup witch hazel (find in the same section as rubbing alcohol in local store)
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon mint extract
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and store in a small spray bottle.
To use:
Spritz onto skin, dab with a cotton ball to remove excess dirt and hydrate skin.
