This cole slaw is easy to make and tastes great as is or fancy it up with a little bit of crab meat!
Ingredients:
1/2 head of green cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 tablespoon minced sweet onion
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Shred the cabbage and carrot, mix together. In separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sugar, onion, vinegar and mustard powder. Add mayonnaise mix to the cabbage mix, stirring well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Best when chilled for approximately one hour before serving.
