This is a rich and creamy lasagna Big Grin

Ingredients:
2/3 pound lasagna noodles, prepared according to package
3 cups tomato sauce of your choice
3 cups mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare lasagna noodles according to package. In large mixing bowl, mix together Ricotta Cheese, Cottage Cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and pepper.

When lasagna noodles are done cooking, rinse, place aside. In the bottom of a 9''x13'' casserole dish, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce. Place lasagna noodles on top of the tomato sauce to cover the bottom of the pan. On top of the lasagna, spread a layer about 1/3'' thick of the Ricotta and Cottage Cheese mixture. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese (about 1/2 to 2/3 cup) and top off with tomato sauce (1/2 to 2/3 cup). Repeat until you have filled your pan! The top layer should be sprinkled with mozzarella cheese.

Bake in the oven at 375 degrees F for approximately 1 hour, or until cheese is melted, bubbly and lightly browned.
