Ingredients:
1 1/4 pound ground beef
1 egg
2 tablespoon milk
2 slices Pepperidge Farm Very Thin 100% Wheat bread, cut into tiny cubes
1/4 cup sweet onion, minced (my favorite tool for mincing: Garlic Pro Dicer)
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon Spice Islands California Garlic Powder (awesome garlic powder!)
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon teriyaki sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Beat egg and milk together. Add all remaining ingredients, minus the ground beef, and mix well. Add the ground beef and knead together with your hands until all is well blended. Roll the meat into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls and place onto a shallow baking pan. Cook in oven for approximately 26-28 minutes. Serve with your favorite sauce, or try my Homemade BBQ Sauce or Not So Sweedish Meatballs!
