Nioxin Scalp Recovery Medicated Cleanser

Hello everyone!  I am super excited to let you know about a new product that I have been using for almost 3 weeks now called Nioxin Scalp Recovery Medicated Cleanser.  I have had excellent results from this cleanser and am truly shocked, as I have tried so many different treatments for my scalp with poor results.

I have Tumid Lupus (a type of lupus which directly affects my skin), and have had a horrible time with hair loss and scalp sores for the past 2 winters.  I have gone to the rheumatologist, dermatologist, and primary care doctor for help with my painful scalp sores, itchiness, inflamed skin and hair loss.  I have been given many prescription topical ointments and creams, and even almost opted for injections into the affected site.  Nothing helped my scalp issues!

I have been using the Nioxin Scalp Recovery Medicated Cleanser daily now for exactly 19 days, just 2 days short of 3 weeks, however I could not wait any longer to write about how much it has changed my life.  Yes, I said it has changed my life!  My hair has stopped falling out, my sores have cleared up and my scalp is not nearly as inflamed as it has been and is on the mend.  I must also mention that my hair is incredibly soft and silky!

Last year, my scalp issues had gotten so bad that I lost half of the hair on my head and had invested in 2 wigs to wear to cover up the large areas of baldness.  To be a 20-something year old woman with bald patches all over your head is extremely depressing and there was no way that I would go all natural.  With so many other health issues to worry about, not to mention the actual physical pain that these sores caused, I proudly wore my wigs.

This winter, thanks to Nioxin Scalp Recovery Medicated Cleanser, the wigs will remain packed up in the closet.  I was able to stop my scalp sores, itchiness, inflamed skin, and hair loss before it became out of control.  I strongly recommend anyone going through issues similar to mine try this product and I hope and pray that your results are as dramatic as mine!

*Author’s Note:  There is one piece of information that I must add, which I believe has also had a significant impact on my recovery from scalp issues.  I am photosensitive due to having lupus, and after doing much research, have completely changed my environmental factors.  I faithfully wear a hat outside, avoid stores with florescent lighting as much as possible, and have changed all of our energy saving light bulbs (contain UV rays) back to the old school lighting.
